J <br /> day of October, 19 , the principal sum of <br /> ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> together with interest thereon at the rate of % per <br /> annum payablesemiannually on the first days of April and <br /> October of each year as evidenced by and upon presentation <br /> and surrender of the attached interest coupons as they sev- <br /> erally become due and until the payment of such principal <br /> sum shall be duly provided for. Both principal and interest <br /> are payable in lawful money of the United States of America <br /> at the office of the City Treasurer in Everett, Washington, <br /> or, at the option of the holder, at the fiscal agency of <br /> the State of Washington in New York, New York, solely out <br /> of the special fund of the city known as "Everett Water <br /> Revenue Bond Redemption Fund" created by Ordinance No . <br /> of the city. <br /> The city has reserved the right to redeem any or all of <br /> the outstanding bonds of this issue when such redemption is <br /> from earnings only of its water supply and distribution system, <br /> in inverse order of maturities, at par and accrued interest to <br /> date of redemption on any interest payment date on and after <br /> October 1, 1967; provided, however, that if less than all of <br /> the bonds outstanding maturing on such last maturity date are <br /> to be so redeemed, such bonds within such maturity to be re- <br /> deemed shall be selected by lot . <br /> The city has further reserved the right to redeem any or <br /> all of the outstanding bonds of this issue by refunding on the <br /> following interest payment dates at the following prices ex- <br /> pressed as a percentage of the principal amount plus accrued <br /> interest to date of redemption: <br /> -18- <br />
