continuing northwesterly along a 12 degree curve to the left over, along and across said Norton Avenue and into the Port of Everett property. (2) One track of standard gauge railway and a right of way therefor seventeen (17) feet in width, the center line of which right of way is described as follows: Beginning at a headblock in above mentioned yard track parallel to and at 56 feet centers with said main track opposite established main track station 1940+47.2, measured at right angles; thence south- westerly thru a No. 9 turnout, 81 feet to a heel of frog, making an angle of 6 degrees 22 minutes with said yard track; thence continuing south- westerly along a 13 degree curve to the right over, along and across said Norton Avenue and into the Port of Everett property." Section 3: In order to claim the benefits of this ordinance and acquire the rights, privileges and authorities hereby granted, the grantee must, within six (6) months after the taking effect of this ordinance, file in the office of the City Clerk a copy of a resolution duly adopted by its Board of Directors, or by the Execu- tive Committee or Finance Committee of such Board, thereunto duly authorized, which resolution shall be duly certified and attested by the Secretary under its corporate seal, accepting the benefits of this ordinance and the rights, privileges and authorities hereby granted, subject to all the conditions, restrictions, specifications and requirements herein expressed. In lieu of such resolution, the grantee may, within the time aforesaid, file with the City Clerk a written acceptance signed by any corporate officer there- unto duly authorized; provided such acceptance shall be accompanied by evidence of such officerts authority duly certified and attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the corporation.
