• <br /> • <br /> ti <br /> • ICTI(N 19. LD IINISTRLTION LND ENFORCE�'ENT <br /> L. GENERI,L <br /> It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to enforce this Ordinance. The <br /> Building Inspector nay call upon the Police, Fire, and Health Departments to <br /> assist in the enforcement of this Ordinance. The Building Inspector shall <br /> issue no permit for the construction or alteration of any building or part <br /> thereof unless the plans, specifications and intended use of such building con- <br /> form in all respects with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> B, FILING PLLN: <br /> Every application for a building permit shall be ::uncle to the Building Inspec- <br /> tor and for new construction or additions shall be accompanied by plans in <br /> duplicate showing the actual shape and dimensions of the lot to be built upon, <br /> based on an actual survey by a licensed surveyor, and the exact location, size, <br /> and height of the building or structure to be erected or altered, the exist- <br /> ing and intended use of each building or part, the number of families or <br /> housekeeping units to be accommodated, and other information necessary to de- <br /> termine and provide for enforcement of this Ordinance. One copy of such plans <br /> shall be returned to the owner when such plans have boon approved, and one <br /> copy of such applications and plans shall be kept in the office of the Build- <br /> ing Inspector. <br /> C . USE PERT IIT <br /> No vacant land shall be occupied or used and no building hereafter erected <br /> shall be occupied or used, nor shall the use of a building be changed from a <br /> use limited to one district to that of any other district as defined by this <br /> Ordinance until a Use Permit shall have been issued by the Building Inspector. <br /> No permit for excavation for any building shall be issued before the applica- <br /> tion has been mad for a Use Permit. <br /> A Use Permit for the use of vacant lands or the change in the use of land, as <br /> herein provided, shall be applied for before any such land shall be occupied <br /> or used and a Use Permit shall be issued within 10 days after the application <br /> has been made, providing such use is in conformity with the provisions of these <br /> regulations and the occupancy provisions of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> L11 requirements of this Ordinance involving minimum lot size and width, maxi- <br /> nun gross floor area ratio, minimum yards, height limitation, and off-street <br /> parking and/or loading shall be indicated on the Use Permit by the Building <br /> Inspector for the particular use involved. Further, the legal description of <br /> the off-street parking and/or loading facility to be provided shall be indicat- <br /> ed on the Use Permit by the Building Inspector. <br />
