•H. YaDS: • 1. Corner Lots. Whore side yards arc required, corner lots shall provide 10 ft. or more for the side yard adjoining the side street. 2. Front Yard. Where front yards arc required, no building shall be here- after erected or altered so that any portion thereof shall be nearer the front property line than the distance indicated by the depth of the re- . quired front yard.
