•H. YaDS: • <br /> 1. Corner Lots. Whore side yards arc required, corner lots shall provide <br /> 10 ft. or more for the side yard adjoining the side street. <br /> 2. Front Yard. Where front yards arc required, no building shall be here- <br /> after erected or altered so that any portion thereof shall be nearer the <br /> front property line than the distance indicated by the depth of the re- <br /> . quired front yard. <br /> Front Yard Exceptions. Eaves, cornices, steps, terraces, platforms and <br /> porches, having no roof covering and being not over 42 inches high nay be <br /> built within a front yard. <br /> 3, Side Yards. Whore side yards are required, no building shall be hereafter <br /> erected or altered so that any portion thereof shall be nearer the side <br /> property line than the distance indicated by the depth of the required <br /> side yard. <br /> Side Yard Exceptions. Eaves, cornices, stops, terraces, platforms and <br /> roar porches not exceeding 15 ft. in height nay extend into the roar yard. <br /> Accessory buildings may be built within the rear yard provided that such <br /> buildings shall not cover more than 50 per cent of the rear yard and fur- <br /> ther provided that such buildings shall be erected 5 ft. or more from <br /> adjoining property lines. <br /> I, PROHIBITED USES: <br /> In all zones, the existence or use of outhouses or privies is prohibited. <br /> Sanitary conveniences :lust be incorporated within the building which they <br /> servo and rlust consist of a chemical toilet or installed plumbing properly <br /> connected to a septic tank and disposal field or to a closed sewer. <br />
