1 <br /> the above fees for house piping will be collected. <br /> SECTION 15 - PLANS REQUIRED <br /> The Administrative Authority may require the submission <br /> of plans, specifications, drawings and such other information as h- <br /> may deem necessary, prior to the commencement of, and at any time <br /> during the progress of any work regulated by this ordinance or <br /> amendments thereto. <br /> Jobs requiring more than sixty (60) feet of pipe shall be <br /> accompanied by a sketch or plan showing the location and size of <br /> each section, and the location, size and purpose of each outlet. <br /> SECTION 16 - GAS METER <br /> A meter location shall be provided by the consumer for th- <br /> building or premise to be served. <br /> All gas meter locations shall be approved by the Gas <br /> Company. All such locations shall conform to State and local fire <br /> prevention regulations. <br /> Where more than one meter is set on a particular premise, <br /> they shall be set at one location, except where this is impractical . <br /> In multiple meter installations each separate gas piping system <br /> shall be identified in a manner satisfactory to the Gas Company <br /> serving the gas. <br /> All gas meters shall be so placed as to be at all times <br /> readily accessible for inspection, reading, testing and shutting <br /> off the gas supply. All service piping or main supply shutoff <br /> valves must be outside of the building and readily accessible. <br /> Gas meters shall not be located under show windows or <br /> under interior stairways, or in engine, boiler, heater, or electri <br /> meter rooms. Where not prohibited by other regulations, gas meter. <br /> may be located in the open under exterior stairways. <br /> Every basement, cellar or .imeter room containing two or mo e <br /> gas meters shall be provided with permanent ventilation through an <br /> opening, metal duct or vent having a cross-sectional area of at least <br /> 144 square inches leading to the outside air; provided, however, <br /> -12- <br />
