in excess of 222° in a house sewer shall be served by a cleanout, <br /> except that no cleanout shall be required for not to exceed <br /> one forty-five degree (45°) change of direction or one forty-five <br /> degree (45°) offset. The extension of house sewer cleanouts to <br /> grade is optional. <br /> Section 28: SEPARABILITY <br /> If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br /> portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or <br /> unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br /> portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br /> provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portions thereof. <br /> Section 29: VIOLATIONS <br /> Any person or persons violating this ordinance or any of <br /> the rules and regulations herein provided are hereby declared to <br /> be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, punishable by <br /> a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or thirty <br /> (30) days in the City Jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 30: REPEAL OF ORDINANCES <br /> That Ordinance No. 835 and all other ordinances and parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> M a . o r <br /> Attest: <br /> '-- , 7Ci Cle G k � <br /> y <br /> Passed: April 24, 1956 <br /> Published: " 27, 1956 <br />
