V <br /> • <br /> Section 6: POLICE COURT DEPARTMENrn <br /> There. shall be in the Police Court Department the follow- <br /> ins named officers, to-wit : <br /> One Clerk of the Court and one Assistant Clerk (part <br /> time), who shall perform the duties pertaining to the <br /> office. • <br /> Section 7 : PARK DEPARTMENT <br /> There shall be in the office of the Park Department the <br /> following named officers and assistants, to-wit : <br /> One Superintendent; two Assistant Superintendents; <br /> one Foreman; two Gardeners; two Utility Laborers; <br /> one Secretary (part time); one Zookeeper; one Greens- <br /> keeper; and one or more Day Laborers (part time) . <br /> The Park Department and its Superintendent shall be under . <br /> the general charge and supervision of the Park Board. The other <br /> assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the <br /> nature of their office and as authorized and directed by the Park <br /> Superintendent. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE <br /> Section 8: CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> There shall be the following named deputies and assistants <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit : <br /> One Deputy City Clerk; one Stenographer; one or more <br /> extra Clerks (part time); one Clerk (part time); one <br /> License & Tax Accountant. <br /> It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and <br /> assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the <br /> City Clerk under the authority and direction of the City Clerk. <br /> Section 9 : CITY COMMISSIONERS DEPARTMENT <br /> There shall be the following named assistants in the <br /> City Commissioners Department, to-wit : <br /> One Commissioners' Aide (part time); one stenographer <br /> (part time); one relief stenographer (part time) . <br /> It shall be the duty of, such assistants to perform the <br /> duties pertaining to said department under the direction of the <br /> City Commissioners of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 10: CITY TREASURER DEPARTMENT <br /> There shall be the following named deputies and assist- <br /> ants in the office of the City Treasurer, to-wit : <br /> One Deputy City Treasurer; one Asst. Dept. City Treasurer; <br /> one Water Cashier; one Asst. Water Cashier; one Clerk- <br /> Bookkeeper; one Steno-Clerk; two Billing Machine- <br /> . Operators; and one or more Extra Clerks (part time) . <br /> It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and <br /> assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the <br /> City Treasurer as the City Treasurer shall authorize and direct. <br />
