ORDINANCE NO. 3467 AN ORDINANCE providing, for the improvement of: =AVERLY AVE. from the alley in nadio Add. to Everett north to 5th bt. FIFTH STREET from Memorial park to Legion Perk. SIXTH STREET from '-'ga.veriv I've. to a point approx. 130 ft. west of tinton Ave. SEVENTH STREI;'1' from ' averly Avenue to a point approx. 65 ft. west of . '-'Vinton Ave. EIGHTH STREET from Waverly Ave. to Legion Drive. LEGION DRIVE from Eighth St. to Fifth St. 11INTON AVENUE from Legion Drive to 5th St. by constructing lateral sewers, together with the necessary appurten- ances, providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5739 of the City of Everett ; creating a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improvement to be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. -WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5739, the City Council of the City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improve- ment as above outlined, and to do all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the maps, plans and specifications as pr•epa.red by the City Engineer of the City of Evere-tt, and ' HEREAS, the City Council has unanimously held the im- provement to be necessary for the public health and benefit and has ordered the improvement. NO" , THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN Section 1 : That the City Council of the City of Everett hereby unanimously declares the improvement provided for in this ordinance to be necessary for the public health and benefit and so orders the improvement. Section 2 : That : WAVERLY AVE. from the alley in Radio Add. to Everett north to 5th St. FIFTH STREET from Memorial Park to Legion Drive. SIXTH STREET from Waverly Ave. to a point approx. 130 ft. west of Winton Ave. SEVENTH STREET from 'Naverly Avenue to a point approx. 65 ft. west of 'Vinton Ave. EIGHTH STREET from 'laverl_y Ave. to Legion Drive. LEGION DRIVE from Eighth St. to Fifth St. WINTON AVENUE from Legion Drive to 5th St, be improved by constructing lateral sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances, providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- with, to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with the maps, plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the Engineer of the amity of Everett, which mans, plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted.
