ORDINANCE NO. z 1 c ' AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: COLBY AVENUE from the south line of Ready Land Co. Second Add. to 9th Street by the construction of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters where necessary; sidewalks, curbs and gutters to be in alignment with the existing improvement and including as a part of said work, the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurt- enances; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, and from Ninth Street to Alverson Blvd. by the con- struction of concrete sidewalks with integral curbs and including as part of said work the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, the sidewalk and curb to be placed so as to provide a street forty (40) feet wide from curb to curb. all in accordance with Resolution No. 5718 of the City of Everett; creating a local improvement district; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said im- provement by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5718 of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined, and doing all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifcations as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Everett, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That: An improvement be made of COLBY AVENUE from the south line of Ready Land Co.
