nature forming a part of the general network of conduits or con- <br /> nected directly or indirectly to said network; all pumps, treat- <br /> ment plants and structures of any kind used in connection with <br /> the collection, treatment and disposal of the wastes handled by the <br /> system; and all appurtenances to any of the above, either physically <br /> t or furctiorally connected therewith. Storm, sanitary and combined <br /> sewers, as defined below, are all included as parts of the Mun- <br /> • <br /> icipal Sewer System. <br /> (b) "Commissioner of Public Works" shall mean either <br /> the said Commissioner personally or any of his duly authorized re- <br /> presentatives. <br /> (c) "Sanitary Sewers" shall mean those sewers which <br /> are designated to carry all waste matter permitted by this ord- <br /> inance to enter the system other than surface drainage water. <br /> (d) "Storm Sewers" shall mean those sewers which are <br /> designated to carry nothing but surface drainage waters. <br /> (e) "Combined Sewers" shall mean those sewers which <br /> will carry both waste matter permitted by this ordinance to enter the <br /> system and surface drainage water. - <br /> (f) "Premises" shall be defined as continuous tract of <br /> land, building, or group of adjacent buildings under a single <br /> control with respect to use of water and responsibility for pay- <br /> ment therefor. Sub-division of such use or responsibility shall <br /> constitute a division into separate Premises as here defined. <br /> Section 2. REPEAL OF SECTION 5 OF ORDIANCE NO. 835. <br /> Section 5 of Ordinance No. 835 passed and approved January 20th, <br /> 1908 is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3.
