• <br /> Section 12: CREATION OF SEWER REVENUE FUND. That <br /> there be and is hereby created a special fund of the city to be <br /> known as the "Sewer .Revnue Fund". Any and all revenues received <br /> for the use of sewers as set forth herein for sewage disposal <br /> service, from the sale of by-products from the sewer treatment <br /> plant or from any other source of rental, use, or ,services rendered <br /> by such utility shall be credited to and paid Into such fund. All <br /> engineering expenses incurred by the Engineering Department in <br /> Planning, designing, supervising and administering any work on <br /> the Everett Municipal Sewer System, and all expenses of main- <br /> te ante and operation of the Sewer System and Sewer Department, <br /> including but not limited to all improvements, additions, better- <br /> ments, extensions, repairs, replacements , and revenue bond debt <br /> service, shall be paid out of said fund. <br /> Section 13: PENALTY. Any persof- , firm, association or <br /> corporation wilfully viol_iting any of the provisions of this ord- <br /> inance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and any conviction thereof <br /> shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding _one hundred <br /> dollars 0100.00) or by imprisonment in the City Jail for a period <br /> not exceeding thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Each day' s violation of the provisions of this ordinance may be <br /> deemed a separate offense. <br /> Section 14: INVALID SECTIONS AND REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT <br /> PROVISIONS. If any section, subsection, clause or sentence of <br /> this ordinance shall be held unconstitutional or Invalid, such <br /> holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions <br /> of this ordinance. <br /> All ordinances or any sections, paragraphs, or parts • <br /> thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />
