• Section 12: CREATION OF SEWER REVENUE FUND. That there be and is hereby created a special fund of the city to be known as the "Sewer .Revnue Fund". Any and all revenues received for the use of sewers as set forth herein for sewage disposal service, from the sale of by-products from the sewer treatment plant or from any other source of rental, use, or ,services rendered by such utility shall be credited to and paid Into such fund. All engineering expenses incurred by the Engineering Department in Planning, designing, supervising and administering any work on the Everett Municipal Sewer System, and all expenses of main- te ante and operation of the Sewer System and Sewer Department, including but not limited to all improvements, additions, better- ments, extensions, repairs, replacements , and revenue bond debt service, shall be paid out of said fund. Section 13: PENALTY. Any persof- , firm, association or corporation wilfully viol_iting any of the provisions of this ord- inance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and any conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding _one hundred dollars 0100.00) or by imprisonment in the City Jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day' s violation of the provisions of this ordinance may be deemed a separate offense. Section 14: INVALID SECTIONS AND REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS. If any section, subsection, clause or sentence of this ordinance shall be held unconstitutional or Invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this ordinance. All ordinances or any sections, paragraphs, or parts • thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this ordinance
