THE NECESSARY SURFACE DRAINAGE, AND DOING SUCH OTHER <br /> WORK AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN CONNECTION THERE1IHT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE <br /> WITH RESOLUTION NO. 5668 OF THE CITY OF EVERETT; ,; EATING A LOCAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; CREATING A LOCAL I►iPROVEMElV`1:' DISTRICT FUND <br /> THEREFOR, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID IMPROVEMENT TO BE <br /> MADE BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO THE PROPERTY IN SAID DISTRICT UNDER THE <br /> MODE OF PAYMENT BY BONDS. <br /> WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 5668, the City Council of the <br /> City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement <br /> as above outlined, and to do all work in connection therewith to <br /> make a complete improvement in accordance with the maps, plans and <br /> specifications as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of <br /> Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has held the improvement to be <br /> necessary for the public health and benefit and has ordered the same, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> hereby declares the improvement provided for in this ordinance to be <br /> necessary for the public health and benefit and so orders the im- <br /> provement. <br /> Section 2: That: <br /> VESPER DRIVE from 47th Street to College Avenue. <br /> COILEGE AVENUE from Vesper Drive to the South <br /> boundary of Plat of Vista Heights. <br /> EVERGREEN DRIVE from Vesper Drive to College <br /> Avenue. <br /> ALGER AVENUE from Evergreen Drive to a point <br /> approx. 85 ft. north of Evergreen Drive. <br />
