GLACIER LANE from Vesper Drive to the south <br /> end of Glacier Lane. <br /> SPIRE LANE from Vesper Drive to the north <br /> end of Spire Lane. <br /> SPERRY LANE from Vesper Drive to the alley <br /> south of Vesper Drive. <br /> be improved bs constructing lateral sewers together with necessary <br /> appurtenances, and providing for the necessary surface drainage and <br /> doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith <br /> to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with the maps, <br /> plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the <br /> Engineer of the City of Everett, which maps, plans and specifications <br /> are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> Section 3: That the cost and expense of such improvement, <br /> including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and <br /> assessed against the property included in the assessment district <br /> herein created in accordance with the special benefits conferred <br /> without regard to the zone and termini method of spreading assess- <br /> ments. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for <br /> any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except <br /> as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory <br /> thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 4: That there is hereby established a Local Im- <br /> provement district to be known as Local Improvement District No. <br /> 625, which district shall include the following described property, <br /> to-wit: <br /> The west ninety (90) feet of Lots 1 to 17, inc. , Plat <br /> of West Ridge; Lots 18 thru 85, inc. , Plat of best <br /> Ridge; that portion of Lot 86 lying within ninety (90) <br /> feet of Evergreen Drive; Lots 93, 94 and 95; that <br /> portion of Lot 96 lying within ninety (90) feet of <br /> Evergreen Drive; that portion of Lot 97 lying within <br /> ninety (90) feet of Evergreen Drive and ninety (90) feet <br /> of vesper Drive and Lot 98 of Plat of West Ridge. That <br /> portion of Tract "A", Plat of nest Ridge, lying within <br /> ninety (90) feet of Glacier Lane ; that portion of Lot <br /> 7, Plat of Cascade Terrace lying within ninety (90) <br /> feet of Glacier Lane and also the following described <br /> tract of land: Commence at the 1/4 corner on the <br /> south boundary of Sec. 31, Township 29 North, Range 5 <br /> East M. ; th N 1°07 '58`° west along the north and <br /> south centerline of said Section 31 for 660.01 feet; <br /> thence south 89°10'30" west for 132.69 feet; thence <br /> south 89°29 ' Vest for 155.54 feet to the true point <br /> of beginning; thence continue south 89° 29 ' west 100 <br /> feet ; thence North 5°07 '30" west 150 feet ; th north <br /> 89°29 ' east 100 feet; th south 5°07 '30" east 150 feet <br /> to the true point of beginning. <br /> Section 5: A special fund is hereby created to be called <br /> Local Improvement district fund No. 625, which shall consist in the <br /> aggregate of several amounts assessed, levied, and collected on the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local improvement <br /> district, and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds in said dis- <br /> trict, for the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such <br /> improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest <br /> thereon, and the entire cost of such improvement. <br />
