GLACIER LANE from Vesper Drive to the south end of Glacier Lane. SPIRE LANE from Vesper Drive to the north end of Spire Lane. SPERRY LANE from Vesper Drive to the alley south of Vesper Drive. be improved bs constructing lateral sewers together with necessary appurtenances, and providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with the maps, plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the Engineer of the City of Everett, which maps, plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted. Section 3: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with the special benefits conferred without regard to the zone and termini method of spreading assess- ments. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Section 4: That there is hereby established a Local Im- provement district to be known as Local Improvement District No. 625, which district shall include the following described property, to-wit: The west ninety (90) feet of Lots 1 to 17, inc. , Plat of West Ridge; Lots 18 thru 85, inc. , Plat of best Ridge; that portion of Lot 86 lying within ninety (90) feet of Evergreen Drive; Lots 93, 94 and 95; that portion of Lot 96 lying within ninety (90) feet of Evergreen Drive; that portion of Lot 97 lying within ninety (90) feet of Evergreen Drive and ninety (90) feet of vesper Drive and Lot 98 of Plat of West Ridge. That portion of Tract "A", Plat of nest Ridge, lying within ninety (90) feet of Glacier Lane ; that portion of Lot 7, Plat of Cascade Terrace lying within ninety (90) feet of Glacier Lane and also the following described tract of land: Commence at the 1/4 corner on the south boundary of Sec. 31, Township 29 North, Range 5 East M. ; th N 1°07 '58`° west along the north and south centerline of said Section 31 for 660.01 feet; thence south 89°10'30" west for 132.69 feet; thence south 89°29 ' Vest for 155.54 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue south 89° 29 ' west 100 feet ; thence North 5°07 '30" west 150 feet ; th north 89°29 ' east 100 feet; th south 5°07 '30" east 150 feet to the true point of beginning. Section 5: A special fund is hereby created to be called Local Improvement district fund No. 625, which shall consist in the aggregate of several amounts assessed, levied, and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local improvement district, and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds in said dis- trict, for the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon, and the entire cost of such improvement.
