and it shall be unlawful to permit water to accumulate or stand upon the ground of any <br /> trailer camp. <br /> Section 16. No dog or other animal shall be permitted to run at large in any <br /> trailer camp. <br /> Section 17. Every trailer camp shall maintain a manager in charge thereof, <br /> who shall require all persons using such trailer camp to register in a book kept for <br /> that purpose, showing the date, the name and address of said person together with the <br /> make of automobile and the correct automobile license number. Every such manager shall <br /> preserve such register and endorse upon the same the date of departure of the person <br /> registered therein, and it shall be unlawful for any person to make any false entry or <br /> alter or permit to be erased or altered any name, address, registration number or other <br /> information therein. Said register shall at all times be open to inspection by the <br /> Police Department. <br /> Section 18. No trailer camp shall be established or maintained except within <br /> Commercial Zones One (1) and Two (2) as defined by the City of Everett Zoning Regulations <br /> and as permitted by the City Planning Commission. <br /> Section 19. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall <br /> be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a <br /> fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ( 100.00) , or by imprisonment in the City Jail <br /> for a period not exceeding Thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment; <br /> and each such person, as principal, agent, or otherwise, shall be deemed guilty of a <br /> separate offense for each day during any portion of which the violation of, or failure, <br /> neglect or refusal tc comply with any provision of this ordinance is committed, con— <br /> tinued or permitted by such person. <br /> Section 20.
