and it shall be unlawful to permit water to accumulate or stand upon the ground of any trailer camp. Section 16. No dog or other animal shall be permitted to run at large in any trailer camp. Section 17. Every trailer camp shall maintain a manager in charge thereof, who shall require all persons using such trailer camp to register in a book kept for that purpose, showing the date, the name and address of said person together with the make of automobile and the correct automobile license number. Every such manager shall preserve such register and endorse upon the same the date of departure of the person registered therein, and it shall be unlawful for any person to make any false entry or alter or permit to be erased or altered any name, address, registration number or other information therein. Said register shall at all times be open to inspection by the Police Department. Section 18. No trailer camp shall be established or maintained except within Commercial Zones One (1) and Two (2) as defined by the City of Everett Zoning Regulations and as permitted by the City Planning Commission. Section 19. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ( 100.00) , or by imprisonment in the City Jail for a period not exceeding Thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment; and each such person, as principal, agent, or otherwise, shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which the violation of, or failure, neglect or refusal tc comply with any provision of this ordinance is committed, con— tinued or permitted by such person.
