AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 612 for the improve- ment of: Wilmington Ave. from a point on the center line of Wilmington Ave. 145 ft. easterly of the east boundary of State Highway No. 1 to 52nd St. The alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. from Wilmington Ave. to 52nd St. Delaware Ave. from 48th St. to 52nd St. • The alley in Blk. 19, Central Park Add. to Everett from Delaware Ave. to the north line of Plat of Claremont Heights. Mermont Place from the north line of Lot 53, Blk. 15, Central Park Add. to Everett to 48th St. Forty-eighth St. from Wilmington Ave. to Mermont Place. Fiftieth 5t. from tb.e alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. to the alley between Delaware Ave. and Rucker Ave. Fifty-second St. from the alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. to Delaware Ave. by constructing lateral sewers together with necessary appurtenances; providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance .with Resolution No. 5461, under Ordinance No. 3294 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof.
