r - • " r providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5461, under Ordinance No. 3294 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bene- fited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 10th day of March , 1951, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
