I ORDINANCE NO. 3294. An Ordinance providing for the improvement of: WILmINGTON AVE. from a point on the center line of Wilmington Ave. 145 ft. easterly of the east boundary of State Highway No. 1 to 52nd St. UE ALLEY between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. from Wilmington Ave. to 52nd St. DELAWARE AVE. from 48th St. to 52nd St. THE ALLEY in Blk. 19, Central Park Add. to Everett, from Delaware Ave. to the north line of Plat of Claremont Heights. MERMONT PLACE from the north line of Lot 53, Blk. 15, Central Park Add. to Everett to 48th St. FORTY-EIGHTH ST. from Wilmington Ave. to Mermont Place FIFTIETH ST. from the alley between Claremont Way and Wilming- ton Ave. to the alley between Delaware Ave. and Rucker Ave. FIFTY-SECOND ST. from the alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. to Delaware Ave. by constructing lateral sewers together with necessary appurten- ances; providing for the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5461 of the City of Everett; creating a local improvement district; creating a local improve- ment district fund therefor, and providing for the payment of said improvement by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5461, of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- ment as above outlined, and doing all work in connection there- with to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Everett. Now, therefore, the City of Everett does ordain: Section 1: That WILMINGTON AVE. from a point on the center line of Wilmington Ave. 145 ft. easterly of the east boundary of State Highway 1 to 52nd St. ; THE ALLEY between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. from Wilmington Ave. to 52nd St. ; DELAWARE AVE. from 48th St. to 52nd St. ; THE ALLEY in Blk. 19, Central Park Add. to Everett, from Delaware Ave. to the north line of Plat of Claremont Heights; MERMONT PLACE from the north line of Lot 53, Blk. 15, Central Park Add. to Everett to 48th St. ; FORTY-EIGHTH ST. from Wilmington Ave. to Mermont Place; FIFTIETH ST. from the alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. to the alley between Delaware Ave. and Rucker Ave. ; FIFTY- SECOND ST. from the alley between Claremont Way and Wilmington Ave. to Delaware Ave. by constructing lateral sewers together with necessary appurtenances ; providing for the necessary sur- face drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, and which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
