Exhibit "A" <br /> Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Budget, <br /> Payment, Notices, and Representatives <br /> I. Scope of Service <br /> A. Activities/Project Description <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for administering the Child Care Program Subsidy program in a <br /> manner satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> providing these funds. Such program will include the following activities eligible under the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program: <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The Child Care Program Subsidy will serve 27 Person by providing child care services for school <br /> age children starting July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Funds will be allocated for low and very <br /> low income recipients. The program will meet all state licensing standards and will provide <br /> enrichment curriculum, approved snacks, and organized on site activities. Participants must <br /> register for the program on a monthly basis. Full time status is determined based upon the <br /> numbers of days each participant attends in one week. Subsidy for this program will be determined <br /> in two ways: 1) participants applying for financial assistance and meeting the minimum income <br /> criteria for their family size and 2); participants applying for assistance through DSHS and meeting <br /> their criteria for state funding. . <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> The Everett Family YMCA's licensed School Age Child Caree program meets all local and state <br /> guidelines. The program is administered by a YMCA professional director who also meets state <br /> licensing guidelines. Reimbursement documentation will be provided via the YMCA's general <br /> ledger distribution. <br />
