Stakeholder Outreach Interviews with up to 10 local stakeholders and entertainment venues will probe several key issues and inform subsequent modeling and analysis. We will request contact information for selected stakeholders from the City of Everett and CAI will conduct one-on-one virtual or phone interviews with each contact. We will collaborate with the City of Everett to design a draft and final interview guide. Interview questions will explore: • The role of Funko Field and the AquaSox in attracting visitors to Snohomish County. • The impact of AquaSox events on local businesses, the local economy, and quality of life. • The impact of sports and other events on local businesses, the local economy, and quality of life based at Angels of the Wind Arena. Deliverable: Draft and final interview guide Task 4. Draft and Final Report Our draft and final reports will draw from technical analysis, stakeholder interviews, and industry research to present an understanding of the role that Funko Field and the AquaSox plays in the local economy. This will include an understanding of how these events rank among other forms of discretionary spending in Snohomish County, including other events and venues. The report will be highly readable, delivered in Microsoft Word format, include supporting charts and data tables, and a concise executive summary. Deliverables: Draft and final report Optional Task 5. Graphics or Information Design CAI can produce a more graphic-rich report layout, including a summary infographic, if desired.
