The City of Everett accepts the cost <br /> proposals for the 12"Pipe Restraints and for the Geogrid in Gravel Pad <br /> area, but we do not accept the cost proposal as written in Serial Letter <br /> No. 07 to pay for all costs associated with potentially contaminated water. <br /> We agree that the bid item#25 for Trench Dewatering does not include <br /> treatment for contaminated water, but the bid item does include costs for <br /> implementation of the plan and as such are only agreeing to pay for a <br /> portion of your cost proposal in Serial Letter No. 07, totaling $32,050.00 <br /> (attached).
