Under the measurement and payment section for Bid Item#35—Trench <br /> Dewatering only includes the"coordination,preparation,submittal and implementation of the Dewatering Plan <br /> that entails how potentially contaminated water from dewatering operations will be handled and disposed of"not <br /> I that it is to be included in the bid item. <br /> Based on the information provided,our subcontractor Clear Water Services recommends using a carbon filter to <br /> be able to treat any potentially contaminated water onsite. This does not include any free product that may be <br /> encountered. The attached proposal includes mobilization of the carbon filter equipment,two months'rent on <br /> the equipment,labor to install the filter in line with our dewatering system and the carbon media. This does not <br /> include any operations,maintenance and consumables as per Clear Water Services quote which are to be paid on <br /> a T&M basis.
