The plan is diagrammatic and the proposal takes precedence over the design. Any changes to the agreed upon plan <br /> will be noted and dated as a revision to the plan and be subject to a"Change Order Agreement". <br /> 2. Unless specifically noted,this proposal does not include any work that addresses or changes conditions below <br /> ground that exist as obstacles or hindrances towards completion of this proposal. Such conditions may include but <br /> are not limited to buried stumps,boulders,and water springs. <br /> 3. Unless specifically noted in proposal,no drainage is included. Drainage can be added for an additional charge. <br /> 4. Green Thumb Landscape Solutions shall not be bound by any promises or agreements not contained herein. <br /> 5. Price does not include any sleeving,cutting,patching or removal of hard surfaces,or any boring beneath paved <br /> areas or through walls if required. <br /> 6. The above price does not include sealing,staining and/or painting. If this is required,this will be handled on another <br /> contract. <br /> 7. The above pricing assumes that any change in materials specified must be approved by client prior to installation. <br /> CONDITIONS/EXCLUSIONS SPECIFY SITE CONDITIONS REQUIRED BEFORE WORK BEGINS: <br /> 8. Green Thumb Landscape Solutions shall clear and grub all existing landscaped areas for proposed new landscaping <br /> and hardscaping per plan. Removal may consist of,but not be limited to the following: concrete,asphalt,lumber, <br /> rocks 2"diameter and larger,vegetation,contaminants and debris. <br /> 9. Proposal includes access to the site,including removal of fence panels to provide access. Contract shall include any <br /> mechanical assistance to access the site,if applicable. <br /> 10. Construction debris may be temporarily stored on site in an area approved by the Owner. This debris shall be <br /> removed by Green Thumb Landscape Solutions on a periodic basis or at any time at the Owner's discretion. <br /> 11. Proposal assumes that material may be stored on site during construction,and protected from the elements by <br /> Green Thumb Landscape Solutions and the material Suppliers. <br /> 12. Delay of work due to weather conditions,acts of God or vandalism may cause work schedule to vary. <br /> 13. Proposal does not include repair of damage to landscape due to activities of other sub-contractors on-site. Such <br /> damage will only be repaired at additional expense by Green Thumb Landscape Solutions as agreed upon in a <br /> separate"Change Order Agreement". <br /> 14.
