ORDINANCE NO. 3250. AN ORDINANCE amending sub-section 3 of Section 6, and sub-section 19 of Section 7 of Ordinance ivo. 2954 of the Uity of Everett, which ordinance is entitled as follows: tiAn Ordinance to regulate and restrict the location ana use of buildings and the use of land within the City of Everett; to limit the height of buildings; to prescribe build- ing lines and the size of yards and other open spaces and for these purposes to divide the City into districts, and pro- viding penalties for the violation of the provisions of this ordinance. " TII , CITY OF EVEI-tETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That sub-section 3 of Section 6 of Ordinance No. 2954 of the City of Everett be, and it is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6, sub-section 3. Public garages, service stations, open-air used car lots, recreational enterprises and advertising aevices may be allowed by the Commission by special permit subject to conditions set forth in said permit after public hearing and examination of the location and upon due proof to the satis- faction of the Commission that the location thereof will not be unduly detrimental to the adjacent and surrounding property, subject to revocation by the Commission after hearing upon showing that such premises is being used in a manner detri- mental to the adjacent and surrounding property or in viola- tion of the conditions of said permit. Section 2: That sub-section 19 of Section 7 of Ordinance o. 2954 of the City of Everett be, and it is hereby amended to • read as follows : Section 7, sub-section 19.
