SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The clearing area slopes moderately to the northeast. The site also <br /> contains an Ns stream(Japanese Gulch) and steep slopes of over 25%associated <br /> with it. Refer to the grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site contains one existing drainage that drains to the northeast of the <br /> site. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County,the project site contains Alderwood <br /> gravelly sandy loam, 0 to 8 percent slopes.
