Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the <br /> City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee(as applicable based on water plan revision). <br /> Please see all redlines on the attached plans for required corrections in addition to all comments listed below. <br /> Frequently, redlines will be stand-alone and will not have an associated item in this corrections letter. <br /> Likewise,comments below may not have associated redlines.
