Commercial space is present a street level;we understand the most recent use <br /> was as apartments.The building is currently unoccupied. <br /> We understand this building is being assessed based on the IBC and IFC (International <br /> Building and Fire Code, respectively, as adopted and amended by State of Washington and <br /> City of Everett). Based on the date of permit application, the 2012 edition of the codes are <br /> applicable to new construction; provisions of the current 2015 IFC are applicable to existing <br /> construction. Our assessment anticipates automatic fire sprinkler protection throughout the <br /> building in accordance with IBC Section 903.3.1.1. <br /> Our findings are presented for project conditions as presented below. Information is <br /> presented divided among the following subcategories for each subject element: <br /> • OBSERVATIONS.
