STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br /> The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br /> corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Existing site conditions consist of an existing gravel driveway, and a small portion of <br /> concrete curb lining the driveway. <br /> Describe existing structures (location,type): <br /> N/A <br /> Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling,steep, %): <br /> The majority of the site is generally flat. An approximate 15' wide strip on the east edge of <br /> the site slopes steeply from west to east Slopes are approximately 20% down to the <br /> existing sidewalk on Upper Ridge Road. <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof,ground treatment): <br /> Hard surfaces include the 1,362 SF of gravel driveway and 78 SF of concrete curb. <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces (location,quanity ft2): <br /> There is approximately 5,095 SF of landscape area throughout the existing site. <br /> City of Everett Public Works <br /> Small Project Stormwater Site Plan Report-Dec 2019 4 <br />
