Describe drainage flow paths (direction, location): The site slopes from west to east toward the existing sidewalk on Upper Ridge Road. Are there Critical Areas?What are they and where are they located relative to your project?: There are no critical areas near the site. Task 2: Describe proposed project Describe your proposed project: The project scope includes removal of the existing gravel driveway and concrete curb. A proposed single family residence approximately 2,287 SF and proposed driveway approximately 600 SF are proposed. How will your project change the existing condition?: The project will add approximately 2,887 SF of new hard surfaces between the new house and concrete driveway. Describe roofs, patios,driveways,or structures added: The proposed house has a roof area of approximately 2,287 SF and the proposed concrete driveway approximately 600 SF. How will stormwater be managed?: Stormwater from the proposed house will be managed using an infiltration gallery. Runoff from the proposed concrete driveway will sheet flow back to Upper Ridge Road. Stormwater management facilities for the driveway are infeasible due to slopes exceeding 20%. Describe how the project will affect existing drainage systems onsite or on adjacent properties or both: Stormwater will be managed on-site to the maximum extent feasible. Runoff not managed on-site will follow the same drainage flow path as the existing site. Adverse affects to the existing drainage system or adjacent properties are not anticipated.
