Describe drainage flow paths (direction, location): <br /> The site slopes from west to east toward the existing sidewalk on Upper Ridge Road. <br /> Are there Critical Areas?What are they and where are they located relative to your project?: <br /> There are no critical areas near the site. <br /> Task 2: Describe proposed project <br /> Describe your proposed project: <br /> The project scope includes removal of the existing gravel driveway and concrete curb. <br /> A proposed single family residence approximately 2,287 SF and proposed driveway <br /> approximately 600 SF are proposed. <br /> How will your project change the existing condition?: <br /> The project will add approximately 2,887 SF of new hard surfaces between the new <br /> house and concrete driveway. <br /> Describe roofs, patios,driveways,or structures added: <br /> The proposed house has a roof area of approximately 2,287 SF and the proposed <br /> concrete driveway approximately 600 SF. <br /> How will stormwater be managed?: <br /> Stormwater from the proposed house will be managed using an infiltration gallery. <br /> Runoff from the proposed concrete driveway will sheet flow back to Upper Ridge Road. <br /> Stormwater management facilities for the driveway are infeasible due to slopes <br /> exceeding 20%. <br /> Describe how the project will affect existing drainage systems onsite or on adjacent properties <br /> or both: <br /> Stormwater will be managed on-site to the maximum extent feasible.
