April 13, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> April 13, 2022, by President Stonecipher. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Tuohy, <br /> Rhyne, Schwab, Fosse, Zarlingo, Vogeli, and President Stonecipher were present. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Fosse acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhubs people and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The minutes of April 6, 2022, were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin recommended that the following applicants be appointed to a City <br /> of Everett Board or Commission. Each candidate has been interviewed by staff. <br /> Attributes, including equity, geographic location, diversity of thought, and <br /> applicable background were taken into consideration with each appointment. <br /> APPOINTMENTS/RE-APPOINTMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to <br /> concur with the following appointments: <br /> Everett Historical Commission <br /> • POS 7,Theresa Gemmer: 6—year term <br /> • POS 8, Ashli Bush: 6—year term <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 1 <br />
