Per your request,
here is the link for the City of Everett records search:
https://Ifportal.everettwa.gov/WebLink/CustomSearch.aspx?SearchName=AddressSearch&id=1&cr=1
The following comments are itemized for consistency with the original review comments:
General
2b.This portion of the building was not constructed with permits. Framing plans(i.e.,foundation,floor, roof, walls),
sections, details, materials, fastener requirements should be included showing the construction. The construction
drawings should show the area as new construction, not existing. The building area is required to comply with the
requirements for new construction.
2c.The existing detached accessory building was connected to the house without permits. The existing building plan
should reflect this, including showing and labeling the unpermitted breezeway. The proposed floor plan should show
the final condition without the breezeway(as currently shown). It should also include a section through this area, and
show modifications to the house to return the exterior roof line/edge and wall to the pre-existing condition.
3.The submitted documents did not include the 8.5x11 floor plan.
4.The following comment is new. The site plan on Sheet Al should show the house in the final proposed
configuration. Note that only an outline of the various buildings on the site are required. The interior wall layout and
other features do not need to be shown.
Architectural
3.The smoke and CO alarms should include a note requiring back-up batter power.
4.The grab bar details should specify blocking and connections capable of supporting the required loads. Grab bars
should not be fastened to the GWB.
5.This comment is new. The toilet in new Bathroom 3 does not appear to have the minimum required clearance of 15"
on the wall side.
Please let me know if you have questions.
