<br />Demolition Notes
<br />1. Verify loadbearing condition of all building elements to be affected by the
<br />proposed work and provide appropriate bracing or other interim support as required.
<br />2. Maintain required exiting from q gand access to the building during demolition as required.
<br />3. Maintain practical use of the building as required by the Owner.
<br />4. Verify extent of electrical demolition with electrical drawings, Owner, and Electrical Contractor.
<br />5. Protect remaining building elements from damage.
<br />6. Notify the Architect if any remaining structure is damaged or otherwise not suitable

<br />Construction Notes
<br />1. New walls to match existing (assumed to be 2x studs @ 16" o.c. with 5/8" Type X GWB both sides).

<br />3. New soffits and hard ceilings shall be 5/8 Type X GWB on wood framing @ 16" o.c.
