Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> mitigate risks or modify the Project approach and scope. Attachments to the monthly progress <br /> report shall include: <br /> 1. Monthly invoice and backup, including budget status update <br /> 2. Monthly progress schedule showing the status of activities included in the Phase 1 <br /> Project Schedule. <br /> 3. Updated Action Item Log <br /> 4. Updated Risk Register (if changed) <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Project Management Plan <br /> 2. Draft and Final Phase 1 Health and Safety Plan <br /> 3. Draft and Final Phase 1 Quality Management Plan <br /> 4. Risk Register (periodic updates as risk status changes or new risks are identified) <br /> 5. Monthly Progress Reports, including all required attachments <br /> Subtask 1.2 —Meetings <br /> The Design-Builder shall schedule, prepare for, and conduct Project meetings with the City, <br /> including key firms and individuals from the Design-Builder's project team, and City project team <br /> members. <br /> Project meetings shall include: <br /> • Project kickoff meeting: A single kickoff meeting will provide a forum for the Design- <br /> Builder's Project team and the City to meet and align on project goals and procedures. <br /> • Bi-weekly progress meetings: Progress meetings shall be conducted for the duration <br /> of Phase 1 and provide a routine forum for reviewing items included in the monthly <br /> progress report, discussing ideas, and confirming short-term and long-term Project <br /> priorities. <br /> • Technical working meetings: The Design-Builder shall schedule, facilitate, and attend <br /> technical working meetings, focused on specific topics, with the City. Meeting topics may <br /> include: <br /> o Reference document review and confirmation <br /> o Field investigations and results <br /> o Design and construction concepts <br /> o Cost modeling/estimating <br /> o Phase 2 Scheduling <br /> o Design/construction phasing <br /> o Design milestone review meetings <br /> o Phase 2 Proposal development and review <br /> All effort for coordinating working meetings, developing agendas and meeting notes, preparing <br /> working meeting materials, and conducting working meetings is included under this task. <br /> Page 3 of 20 <br />
