Phase 1 Scope of Services <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Kickoff meeting draft and final meeting agenda and draft and final meeting notes <br /> 2. Draft and final progress meeting agendas and draft and final meeting notes <br /> 3. Draft and final technical working meeting agendas and notes, including topic-specific <br /> working meeting materials <br /> NOTE: PROPOSERS SHALL BASE THEIR NOT-TO-EXCEED PHASE 1 PRICE ON THE <br /> PRECEDING SCOPE FOR TASK 1 AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. Phase 1 duration shall be estimated at 9 months <br /> 2. Project progress meetings will occur every other week, average 1 hour in duration, <br /> and will involve the Design-Builder's Project Manager, the Design Manager, and on <br /> average one other member of the Design-Builder's team. <br /> 4. Assume 10 technical working meetings averaging 3 hours in duration and attended <br /> by an average of 4 members of Design-Builder's team. <br /> Task 2 — Reference Document Review <br /> The Design-Builder shall review and become familiar with Reference Documents provided by <br /> the City in preparation for field investigations and design. [Note to Proposers: A list of <br /> Reference Documents is included in the Request for Proposals (RFP), and Reference <br /> Documents will be made available to Proposers as noted in the RFP] The Design-Builder shall <br /> also consult with the City to develop a better understanding of the Project, Project site, <br /> constraints, project requirements, and other information relevant to the Project. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Letter verifying that Design-Builder has reviewed all provided Reference Documents <br /> and identifying any follow-up questions for the City. <br /> NOTE: PROPOSERS SHALL BASE THEIR NOT-TO-EXCEED PRICE ON THE PRECEDING <br /> SCOPE FOR TASK 2 AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS: <br /> 1. Assume a total of 80 hours of effort for Reference Document review and consultation <br /> with the City. <br /> Task 3 — Field Investigations <br /> Field investigations will be required in order to confirm project and site conditions prior to <br /> evaluation of improvement concepts and development of design documents. <br /> Field Investigation Plan: <br /> Prior to conducting field investigations, the Design-Builder must submit for City review and <br /> approval a Field Investigation Plan, which includes the following information: <br /> Page 4 of 20 <br />
