The CONSULTANT will review and address the City comments on the 60% design <br /> submittal and prepare 90% design plans. <br /> The CONSULTANT will prepare 90% complete design plans in AutoCAD format following <br /> City of Everett's standard plan preparation formats. <br /> The CONSULTANT will provide documentation of their QA/QC process to the City for <br /> review and copies of QA/QC mark-ups will be submitted as part of each design submittal. <br /> The CONSULTANT will update specifications for their own design elements to a 90% <br /> level. The City will compile the project specification for the whole project, including <br /> section one of the specification. <br /> The CONSULTANT will update quantity takeoffs and prepare a 90% estimate of probable <br /> construction costs. <br /> The CONSULTANT will attend the 60% design review meeting to clarify and address <br /> review comments. The meeting will be up to one hours long, and the CONSULTANT will <br /> document responses to ensure that any outstanding issues are addressed. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • 90% Plans, Specification & Estimate in electronic format. <br /> • 60% comment and resolution documentation. <br /> 7.
