The following rcvisions (3 copies of each) will <br />be nceded before approvai of the plans can take place: <br />1) Revised Lanrlscape/Sitc Plan (Sheet A-1) —The landscape/site plan must be reaised to <br />show the following items: <br />• Additional �andscaping along the north and south property lines. These areas are <br />required to have five feet of landscaping to the Type III standard. Type III <br />landscaping includes trees at 30-foot intervals, five shrubs per 100 square feet and <br />groundcover. <br />Addilion�il landscaping along property frontage on Evergreen Way. Evergreen <br />Way is an entry corridor into the City. Consequently, the SEPA decision required <br />l�ndscaping "... in excess of Type III must be provided along Evergreen Way." <br />Additional landscape island ���ithiu parking lot. Section 35.080.E of the 7oning <br />Code requires one tree for each eight parking stalls within the interior portion of <br />the parking lot. Each parking stall must be located within 50 feet of an interior <br />landscape island. By our calculation, une additionnl tree/landscape island is <br />required in the westcrn purtion of the pnrking lot. <br />. lrrig�tion Details — All landscnpe areas must have irrigation per Section 35 oF the <br />Zoning Codc. <br />.
