The proposal <br />mnst cum�ly with all urdinanccs in effect at the time a comple;� building permit application is filed, <br />including tliosc not st;ecifically set forth lierein. Cont�ct the Planning Department for information <br />regurding �pr::a!s prpcesses for the requirements listed in this document. <br />A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br />Dasign and Constructio� Standatds shall be submitted ta the Public Works �iepa��ment, showing sitc <br />parking layout, landscaping, utililies, storm drainage, temporary constr�action erosian control, und al! <br />required improvements in !he public right-of-way. Public Works TJepartment approval of these <br />dr�wings is re�luired prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall bc complcted before <br />thc Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. Parking must be per Cily Zoning Code aad Gity llesign and Construction Standards for <br />Development. For tlie total of 1?,47G square feet of automobile sen�ice area at 3 stalls, plus two stalls <br />per service bay, a minimum of i 9 parl<ing stalls is required. <br />3. This project must comply with the current City of' Gverett Building Codc. <br />4. Special charges for connection ro the sewer �nd water systcros in accordancc with Ordinance 1998-94 <br />and subsec�uent revision are applicable. These charges are bused on projected wuter usage and can be <br />substantial. Applicant is e:±couraged to oUtain a copy of the Ordinnnce zind determine estimated <br />charges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by lhe Public <br />Worlcs Department per lhe ordina:ice in effect at the time and according to the information on the <br />appmved pl�ns 1t the time of building permil issuunce. <br />77ie drive�vays ai Lvergreen N�ay must be removed and replaced with curb, �utter and sidewalk per <br />City St�nd�rds. <br />6. If reseeding s <br />not practical due to weather or seasonnl p�oblems, thc grotmd must be covered with mulch as directed <br />by the City Gngineer. <br />10.
