Also, verify floor drain is protected by backwater <br /> valve (see below picture). <br /> 2) Site Drainage: Abandoned underground downspout pipes are open to the surface. <br /> Suggested Solution: Cap the pipes near the ground surface,or fill, or remove pipes. <br /> 3) Side Sewer Improvements: concrete line is aged and has a possible break @ 8' depth 9' out from house <br /> Suggested Solution:reline or repair <br />
