AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the following; described property in the City of Everett, County of Shohomish, State of Washington, to-wit: A road forty feet (40' ) wide; being twenty feet (20 ' ) on each side of a center line described as follows: Beginning twenty feet (20 ' ) northerly on the west line of Verdurette Avenue extended, (In the NEq, Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.M. as described in the Book of Deeds, 173, page 567 the point of beginning; thence parallel to the northerly line of the South one-half of the Northeast quarter of the aforesaid section 36, Township 29 forth, Range 4 E.W.M. , North 88°45 '10" east for a distance of 487. 32 feet, to a point that is twenty feet (20 ' ) north of the center line of Forest Drive extended from the north line of Forest Park Addition to Everett, thence angle left 90° north 1°14 '50" west for a distance of 70 feet to point of curve; thence on a curve to the? • right with central angle 48°07 '30" and radius 95.784 feet for a distance of 80.45 feet; thence along tangent north 46°52 '40" east for a distance of 225.81 feet to point of curve; thence curve to the left with central angle 16°35 '30" and radius 573.686 feet for a distance of 166.13 feet to point of tangent; thence north 30°17 '10' east for a distance of 349. 64 feet to point of curve ; thence curve to left with central angle of 31°56 ' and radius 231.011 feet for 28.29 feet to an intersection with the east line of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4, E.W.M. , containing 1.285 acres more or less.
