4 • R ♦ <br /> • <br /> Section 180: AILING AND ABETTING VIOLATION. Every person <br /> who cats, attempts to commit, conspires to commit, or aids or <br /> abets in the commission of any action declared by this ordinance to <br /> be a crime, whether individually or in connection with one or more <br /> persons or as principal, agent or accessory, shall be guilty of <br /> such offense, and every person who fraudulently, forcefully, or <br /> wilfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, permits or directs <br /> others to violate any provisions of this ordinance is likewise <br /> guilty of such offense. <br /> Section 181: CONSTITUTIONALITY. If any section, sentence, <br /> clause or phrase of this act should be held to be invalid or <br /> unconstitutional, the invalidity or unconstitutionality thereof <br /> shall not effect the validity or constitutionality of any other <br /> section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance. <br /> Section 182: ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT REPEALED. All <br /> ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with, or derogation <br /> of, this ordinance or any part of this ordinance, be, and the same <br /> are hereby repealed in so far as the same are in conflict with, <br /> or in derogation of this ordinance, or any part hereof. <br /> Section 183: SAVING CLAUSE. This act shall not affect <br /> any act done, ratified or confirmed, or any right accrued, vested <br /> or established, or any action or proceeding had or commenced in any <br /> civil or criminal cause, before this ordinance and its respective <br /> provisions take effect, and any such acts done, ratified or <br /> confirmed and any rights accrued, vested or established shall be <br /> preserved and any such actions or proceedings may be prosecuted <br /> and continued with the same effect and under the same provisions <br /> of the law in effect at the time such act was done, ratified, or <br /> confirmed, or right accrued, vested or established or action or <br /> proceeding had or commenced. Any acts declared to be an offense <br /> under any provisions of the laws of this dity which are repealed <br /> by this ordinance, and the commission whereof have been completed <br /> before the effective date of this ordinance shall be punishable as <br /> provided by the law in effect at the time of the completion of such <br /> acts without regard for the fact that such provisions of law have <br /> been repealed hereby. <br /> Section 184: FALSE REPRESENTATION PROHIBITED. No person <br /> shall make a false statement or representation in any application, <br /> statement or report required by this ordinance to be made. <br /> Section 185: PENALTIES. Any person who shall violate <br /> or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall <br /> be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, <br /> where no other punishment is provided herein, shall be punished <br /> by a fine in any sum not exceeding three hundred 0300.00) dollars, <br /> or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not exceeding <br /> ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> -55- <br />
