The following <br /> information is in response to that letter. <br /> General <br /> 1. I have coordinated, reviewed and overseen drawing revisions related to this letter. I have also <br /> provided my seal on the plans as required. <br /> 2. Understood. I believe this issue was worked out between the tenants and yourself. <br /> 3. To the best of my knowledge this building was originally a B occupancy. We are proposing to <br /> keep this B occupancy designation. <br /> 4. The grease interceptor is shown on drawings M01. It is intended that this be a part of the <br /> plumbing submittal that will be handled by the contractor. <br /> 5. The fire sprinkler requirement has been removed due to the building remaining a B occupancy. <br /> 6. It is understood that a fire alarm system will be required. This system is listed on the drawings <br /> as a separate submittal and will be submitted for approval at a later date. See drawing A02. <br /> 7. Referenced codes have been updated. See drawing A02. <br /> Egress <br /> 1. Occupant loads have been revised and are shown on drawings A09 and A10. <br /> 2. Two means of egress has been provided from assembly spaces. See drawings A09 and A10. <br /> 3. The addition of Panic Hardware has been noted on the plans where applicable. See drawings <br /> A09 and A10. <br /> 4.
