Review comments are listed below with our responses in bold below. <br /> Structural <br /> General <br /> 1. The structural drawings (i.e., Sheets S0.0 through S.10) are printed on 34-inch x <br /> 44-inch sheets. The maximum sheet size for submittal drawings to the City of <br /> Everett is 30-inch x 42-inch sheets. Revised drawings not exceeding the maximum <br /> size shall be resubmitted. Note that the architectural plans have been prepared on <br /> 24-inch by 36-inch plans; we recommend resizing the drawings to match these <br /> plans for consistency. See the Commercial Buildings Submittal Checklist available <br /> on the City of Everett website: <br /> https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/V iew/119/Commercial-ChecklistTenant- <br /> Improvement-PDF <br /> Drawings exceeding the maximum size will not be accepted. <br /> Response: All the drawing sheets have been re-submitted on 24x36 size sheets. <br /> Please note that the sheet size revisions has resulted in some detail numbering <br /> being reorganized. The new detail numbers are noted in the comment <br /> responses, or highlighted within the re-stated comments, a provided below. <br /> 2. Work on existing structures shall comply with the IEBC. The IEBC provides three <br /> alternative methods for performing work: the Prescriptive Compliance Method <br /> (Section 301.1.1), the Work Area Method (301.1.2), and the Performance <br /> Compliance Method (301.1.3). The method selected for the project should be <br /> specified in the General Notes on Sheet SO.0. A statement should be provided <br /> clarifying the types of work that are included in the project(e.g., repairs, additions, <br /> change of occupancy, etc.) and referencing the appropriate IEBC sections.
