The Agreement is between McKinstry Essention, LLC. (Energy Services Company (ESCO)) and the City acting through the Department of Enterprise Services in the amount of $88,000.00. The cost for construction will be determined at the completion of the Investment Grade Audit and the Energy Services Proposal. Project summary statement: The investment grade audit will deliver a maximum allowable project cost, description of how the energy savings will be guaranteed, and a schedule for project completion. The target completion for the Investment Grade Audit is 100 days from the notice to proceed. At the end of the investment grade audit, it will be the City's option to proceed with design and construction. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign an energy services agreement with the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services and McKinstry Essention, LLC. for the Main Library HVAC Replacement Project in the Amount of $88,000.00.
