"1" <br /> • • 1 <br /> Section 18: REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES: All <br /> existing ordinances of the City of Everett are hereby repealed inso- <br /> far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Section 19: SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS: It is the <br /> intention of the City Council that each separate provision of this <br /> ordinance shall be deemed independent of all other provisions here- <br /> in, and it is further the intention of the City Council that if any <br /> provision of this ordinance be declared invalid, all other provisions <br /> thereof shall remain valid and enforceable. <br /> Section 20: REPEALING PREVIOUS ORDINANCES: Ordinance <br /> No. 1603 ,be , and the same is hereby repealed and Sections 79 through <br /> 91, Ordinance No. 2513 , be , and they are hereby repealed, and all <br /> other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith be ,and <br /> the same are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 21: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be <br /> in full force and effect 30 days from and after its passage, <br /> approval and publication. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Deputy City Clete , <br /> Passed: May 25th, 1948. <br /> Published: May ;v4i, 1948 . <br />
