The remaining portion of the costs <br /> and expenses of said improvement shall be distributed and assessed <br /> against all of the property included in the remainder of such <br /> enlarged district in accordance with the special benefits derived <br /> from the improvement. <br /> Section 5: The costs of said improvement shall be payable <br /> in ten equal annual installments with interest at the rate of four <br /> per cent per annum under the mode of payments by bonds, as provided <br /> by law and the ordinances of said city. Bonds bearing interest at <br /> the rate of four per cent per annum payable on or before twelve (12) <br /> =ears from date of issue shall be issued in payment of the costs <br /> and expenses of said improvement, or the City of Everett at its <br /> election, may sell said bonds and make payment in cash as provided <br /> by the Ordinances of the City of Everett. <br /> -2- <br />
