• 1, a ORDINANCE NG. 3195 . AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of Maulsby Lane and the Private Alley from the existing storm sewer in Maulsby Lane to Alverson Boulevard by the construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and by doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, in accordance with Resolution No. 5293 of the City of Everett; creating an enlarged district which will be divid- ed into a direct benefit district and sn indirect benefit district; creating a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor ; providing the payment of said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5293 of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and by doing all work in connection therewith necessary to make a complete improvement, in accordance with the plans, maps -end specifications prepared by the Engineer of the City of Everett, and WHEREAS, the costs of the improvement may exceed the assessed -talue of the property less improvements and less outstanding unpaid local improvement assessments, and WH 'REAS, the City Council has by unanimous vote held the improvement to be necessary for public health and benefit and has ordered the same. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council does by unanimous vote find the improvement to be necessary for public health and benefit, and orders the same. Section 2: That Maulsby Lane and the Private Alley from the existing storm sewer in Maulsby Lane to Alverson Boulevard be improved by the construction of a sewer and its necessary appurten- ances and by doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the Engineer of the City of Everett, which plans and specifications are hereby approved and adopted. Section 3: Nn enlarged district is hereby created, which enlarged district shall include the property hereinafter described: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 133, Bayview Addition to Everett; thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 7, a distance of 164.17 feet to the top of the bluff; thence northerly along the top of the bluff to a point 50 feet m/1 south of the north line of Lot 8, Replat of Lots 24 and 25, Block 133, Bayview Addition; thence easterly along the top of the bluff to an intersection with the west line of Lot 5, Replat of Lots 15 to 19, inclusive, Block 132, Bayview Addition; thence easterly to the most westerly corner of Lot 2, Block 131, Grandview Addition es ;I . . -1
