Section 4: The entire cost of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property within the enlarged 1. district liable therefor, of which 16.152 per cent of the cost of the sewer and its appurtenances shall be borne by and assessed against that portion of the property within the enlarged district lying between the termini of the proposed improvement and extending back from the marginal lines thereof to the middle of the block on each h side thereof as provided by law, and as more particularly described as follows: Lots 3 to 7, inclusive, Block 131, Grandview Addition to Everett as per original plat of Grandview Addition to Everett prior to replat, less the southeasterly 150 feet of said Lots 3 to 7, ' inclusive, now known as Lots 1 and 2, Replat of Lots 1 to 7, inclu- sive, Block 131, Grandview Addition, less that portion of Lots 4 and 5 replatted as Maulsby Lane. The remaining portion of the costs and expenses of said improvement f: shall be distributed and assessed against all of the property included in the remainder of such enlarged district in accordance with the special benefits derived from the improvement. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement except as provided by Chapter 141 Session Laws of 1923 or acts amendatory thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Section 5: That there is hereby established a local improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District No. 604 ", which district shall include all of the property described in Section 3. Section 6 A special fund is hereby created to be called "Local Improvement District Fund No. 604 �, which shall include in the aggregate the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said enlarged local improvement district, and the proceeds of the sale of all bonds in said district for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of the said improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire costs of the improvement. -2-
