I have also enclosed a letter from the company <br /> that worked on my property in 2011. Bill Messner inspected the drains, downspouts,gutters and feels <br /> that the water intrusion was caused by sewer overflow and backup. I am requesting they city install a <br /> water blocking back flow valve. If the city finds this is unnecessary, I would like a letter stating that fact. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
