EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project: Water Qua ity Treatment at 3''d Ave SE <br />PRIME Consultant: <br />Osborn Consulting, Inc. <br />Contract No.: <br />Background <br />The City of Everett (City) has identified a need to provide water quality treatment for stormwater runoff <br />along 3'd Ave SE, north of South Everett Mall Way. Through partial funding with a Washington <br />Department of Ecology (Ecology) grant, the City would like to provide treatment for approximately 45 <br />acres of existing development that currently has no or outdated water quality treatment. <br />Osborn Consulting, Inc, (Consultant) has been selected to support the City with the design and <br />development of construction documents for this proposed water quality treatment system on 3rd Ave SE. <br />The scope of work includes the following elements: <br />Task 1 — Project Administration <br />Monitoring and communicating the status of the scope, schedule, and budget of this work assignment and <br />providing monthly reporting to the City. <br />Consultant Services <br />• Prepare status reports describing the following: <br />o Services completed during the month. <br />o Outstanding issues (if any). <br />o Scope/schedule/budget status. <br />o A financial summary. <br />• Attend one (1) project kickoff meeting with City of Everett staff to confirm and document the <br />project goals, design criteria, and constraints. <br />• Attend one (1) project closure/post construction review meeting with City of Everett staff. <br />• Attend up to three (3) design review meetings after receiving submittal comments. <br />• Bi-weekly PM Check -ins via web/phone <br />• Manage Issue Log for City and all team members. <br />• Manage Risk Register to identify and document project risks and mitigation strategies. <br />• Submit invoices monthly <br />City of Everett's Responsibilities <br />• Attend project kickoff, closure and submittal meetings (in person or via teleconference). <br />• Review and approve invoices. <br />• Review and comment on submittals within the schedule. <br />Assumptions <br />• Project design duration will be approximately 18 months (mid -April 2022 through October 2023). <br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 1 of 10 <br />
