• There will be one (1) project kickoff meeting attended by up to two (2) Consultant Team members and City staff. Kickoff meeting to be held at Everett City Hall or by teleconference. • There will be three (3) design review meetings attended by up to two (2) Consultant Team members and City staff, each meeting will be up to I hours long. Review meetings will be held for review of: o Preliminary Design o 50% Design. o 90% Design. • Design review meetings to be held at Everett Public Works or by teleconference. Deliverables • Project kickoff meeting and closure meeting, with meeting minutes. • Design review meetings with meeting minutes. • Project schedule, update to be provided with monthly status reports. • Issue Log and Risk Register to be provided at each deliverable. • Bi-weeldy check -in (as necessary and determined by City Project Manager prior to each meeting). • Monthly status reports. Task 2 — Cultural and Environmental Reviews, and Permitting The Cultural and Enviromnental Reviews, and Permitting task will include the following: Tasks 2.1 Local Permits Consultant will review anticipated permits required for the project. The Consultant will complete the SEPA checklist for the City to submit after the 90% Design. City of Everett's Responsibilities • City will provide review of permit documents and submittal of permits. Assumptions: • Local permits will be submitted by the City. • A JARPA permit or Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) will not be required for this project. • Up to 30 staff hours are included for permit support. Deliverables: 1. SEPA Permit, Draft, Final (PDF). Tasks 2.2 Cultural Resource Review Equinox Research and Consulting International, Inc (ERCI) will provide cultural resource management services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as defined Executive Order (EO) 21-02 or by City of Everett 3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 2 of 10
