Tasks 6.1 Management Reserve Work may include, but is not limited to addressing additional efforts required for defined tasks when authorized by the owner. The fee estimated is based on 10% of Tasks 1 through 5. General Assumptions • All coordination with property owners will be handled by the City. • No roadway widening will be required. • Utility relocation design will be provided by utility owner. • Grant management and grant closeout will be handled by the City. • Material testing during construction will be coordinated and provided by the City. • Flow control and water quality treatment will not be required for the stormwater improvements sites. Water quality treatment will be based on a retrofit approach. • On -Site Stormwater Management BMPs will not be required for site improvements. • The proposed improvements will be located within the City right-of-way or within existing City easements. • Any existing encroachments in the right-of-way will be resolved by the City. • Writing of legal descriptions and legal exhibits for additional easements will not be required. • The proposed improvements will not require stream or wetland field investigations or critical area analysis. • SWPPP will be developed by the Contractor through requirement in the specifications. • Design review meeting with Ecology will not be required. • Minor comments on Draft Design Report will not require resubmittal of the report to Ecology. • Ecology project closeout and Construction Completion Form will be provided by the City.
