Tasks 6.1 Management Reserve <br />Work may include, but is not limited to addressing additional efforts required for defined tasks when <br />authorized by the owner. The fee estimated is based on 10% of Tasks 1 through 5. <br />General Assumptions <br />• All coordination with property owners will be handled by the City. <br />• No roadway widening will be required. <br />• Utility relocation design will be provided by utility owner. <br />• Grant management and grant closeout will be handled by the City. <br />• Material testing during construction will be coordinated and provided by the City. <br />• Flow control and water quality treatment will not be required for the stormwater improvements <br />sites. Water quality treatment will be based on a retrofit approach. <br />• On -Site Stormwater Management BMPs will not be required for site improvements. <br />• The proposed improvements will be located within the City right-of-way or within existing City <br />easements. <br />• Any existing encroachments in the right-of-way will be resolved by the City. <br />• Writing of legal descriptions and legal exhibits for additional easements will not be required. <br />• The proposed improvements will not require stream or wetland field investigations or critical area <br />analysis. <br />• SWPPP will be developed by the Contractor through requirement in the specifications. <br />• Design review meeting with Ecology will not be required. <br />• Minor comments on Draft Design Report will not require resubmittal of the report to Ecology. <br />• Ecology project closeout and Construction Completion Form will be provided by the City. <br />City of Everett <br />3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 10 of 10 <br />
